Wine Dinners & B.A.R.N Backstories
In 2019 we launched our 6th year of offering our summer series of wine and craft beer dinners. These are public events by reservation only. Five courses and five wines/beers in our rustic barn setting; prepared by a guest chef with locally sourced food (whatever is freshest!) for each event. In addition we introduce and talk about different wines we've discovered as well as the grapes, regions, and styles of production (our attempt to stretch past chardonnay and cabernet!).
In addition we have a unique offering to round out the 'living well' experience. In between the entree and dessert courses we've invited a guest speaker to give a 10-12 minute talk on one of our B.A.R.N. subjects (B-business, A-arts, R-recreation, N=n-richment, n-tertainment, n-spiration).
In the past we’ve spanned the B.A.R.N. spectrum; a former Navy Blue Angel, several of Maine's most successful entrepreneurs, an award-winning insider from the music industry, what goes on in the mind of a renown Maine artist, and insider info on what happens at 37,000’ behind the cockpit door.
2020 Winter Season Fireside Dinners
From January through April we're offering a new reason to celebrate at Live Well Farm: Winter Season Fireside Wine Dinners.
Put together 12-14 of your closest friends, neighbors, family, or business associates and reserve Live Well for a private fireside dinner. We'll tailor a date based on availability, help design your menu, pick your wines, and ensure our world-class level of hospitality that will make it a truly special event.
